Chicken and Garlic Chaat has got to be one of the simplest and quickest Indian Food dishes to prepare and yet it's so tasty. Try it on a bed of crisp salad leaves, mixed peppers and pilau rice.. |

Preparation Time: | 10-minutes. |
Cooking Time: | 20-30 minutes. |
Ingredients: | 700g chicken breast, skinned and boned | |
| 1 tbsp cooking oil | |
| Salt to taste | |
| 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed | |
| 1 ½ tsps ground coriander | |
| ¼ tsp ground turmeric | |
| ¼ - ½ tsp chilli powder | |
| 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice | |
| 2 tbsps coriander leaves, finely chopped | |
Instructions: | 1. Heat the salt, garlic, coriander, turmeric and chilli powder in the oil for 2 minutes
2. Add the chicken and stir fry until cooked.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Serving ideas: Serve with a crisp green salad, mixed peppers and pilau rice.
Suitable for freezing.
